Amazing condition 1983 AR305av. They just don't come better than this. Practically unplayed. Apart from one very small lacquer repair on the top edge of rear body on binding and the expected tarnishing on the pick ups bridge and tailpiece(which for a 33yo guitar is still very minimal) there is literally no other marks of any kind. The neck, headstock, fretboard and back are immaculate and as new. The Burl Mahogany top is simply a thing of beauty and synonymous with the quality of the construction from this era. Body-Mahogany, Top-Burl mahogany, neck- Maple 3ply, Fingerboard-Ebony, Machine heads-Velve tune ii, Scale -24.75, Pick ups-Super 58s, Controls-2x volume, 2x tone 3 way toggle, 2x tri sound, Bridge- Gibraltar ii, Tailpiece- quik change ii with plate, Control knobs- sure grip ii, Hardware- gold, Finish- antique violin (AV). Comes with original excellant condition hardcase which includes original Ibanez guitar care pamphlet and Ibanez adjustment instructions. If you're looking for an original Japanese era Artist then you simply won't find one better than this. The range of sounds available from the multiple settings courtesy of the impressive tri sound system will give you antyhing from mellow jazz to out and out raw rock power....they didn't call them the 'Les Paul Killers ' for nothing . Unable to play anymore due to arthritis in my fingers so she's available to a good home.
